Colloid Mill Machine

S. S. ENGINEERING COLLOID MILL is renowned manufacturer of Rotor Stator. Mill is providing innovative solutions for various industries viz Food Pastes, Emulsions, Coatings, Ointments, Creams, Grease etc. The mill has application for Homogenizing, Emulsifying, Dispersing, Mixing & Grinding. The Colloid Mill is a through flow machine using the kinematic high frequency technology.

The product is fed to the center of a Rotor -Stator system by specially designed feed Hopper or by Pump Device. The product is accelerated outwards by the Rotor's centrifugal action. The mixing and grinding effect is achieved by friction, shearing stress and impact stress in the gap between Rotor and Stator.

Salient Features
  • The Colloid Mills contact parts are made or S.S.304 or S.S.316.
  • Flexible Coupling provided between motor Shaft & Rotor shaft for easy maintenance
  • Motor protection cover is provided
  • Specially Designed Hand lever manually provided to facilitate fine adjustment of clearances between rotor & stator. even during operation
Optional
  • Water Jacket can be made as per the need for cooling or heating purpose
  • S.S. 316 in place of S.S. 304 contact parts
  • GMP model in place of Standard model
